Medical Office Assistant / Front Desk Representative
Seeking an office assistant/front desk representative to work in a small well known community based medical group. Applicant must be intelligent, energetic and diligent.
Prerequisites
- Must have a GED or High School Diploma
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Computer skills: Competent with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Attention to details / accuracy / quality of work
Preferences
- Associate degree +
- Prior experience in a medical office & related duties, e.g. drawing blood, assisting patients to prepare for different procedures etc.
- Ability to communicate in English, Urdu, Hindi and/or Punjabi
- Some experience in medical billing
- Available to work on Weekends
Experience will be preferred but training will be provided. This is a full-time, entry level position compensation depending on qualifications. Applicant must be available to work in flexible hours during any days of the week, specially Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM
